Supreme Court Delivers Major Victory to LGBTQ Employees

The U.S. Supreme Court ruled in a landmark 6-3 decision that the 1964 Civil Rights Act prohibits discrimination against gay, lesbian, and transgender employees, with Justice Neil Gorsuch, a Trump appointee, penning the majority opinion.
